Coevolve Continues to Grow Team with Key New Hire

Coevolve appoints Luke Nealon as Global Operations Director

SYDNEY, 30th SEPTEMBER 2020

Coevolve, the leading global provider of Telco-Independent SD-WAN and multi-cloud networking solutions for enterprises, announced some significant new roles in its team today.

Luke Nealon has joined Coevolve as Global Operations Director, based in Sydney. Luke has a strong background working for multi-national organizations, with a specific focus on driving improvements through process automation, workflows, and systems integration.

Additionally, Coevolve announced that Rodney Logan, who has been a key member of Coevolve’s team for more than six years, has been promoted to Director of Client Experience and Vendor Partnering. This is a new role in Coevolve that will be instrumental in how strategic partnerships are managed, and in ensuring our next generation of Smart Services delivers the best end to end service experience for Coevolve’s clients.

Tim Sullivan, Coevolve’s CEO said: “We are at a pivotal moment in Coevolve’s growth. In the last 12 months we have continued to see strong growth across many areas of our business. To facilitate this, we are investing in our team, so our solutions remain highly scalable. We are incredibly excited to have Luke join us, bringing essential new perspectives, and driving our next level of innovation. With Rodney’s new role, we are taking a significant step forward in how we work with our strategic partners and rolling out a range of new Smart Services to enable new experiences for our global clients”.

Coevolve’s model is appealing to global enterprises because it offers a truly co-managed solution, allowing the client’s team to perform day-to-day tasks itself while retaining the structure and stability of a high-quality managed service. Coevolve’s team has built a comprehensive set of capabilities across the entire solution life cycle, providing a strong foundation to automate repeatable, manual steps in the process.

One of the primary elements of Coevolve’s strategy going forward relates to correlating the metadata from global networks and providing actionable insights to its clients. Coevolve CTO Ciaran Roche commented: “Our clients expect more from a managed SD-WAN solution than they could get from traditional providers. We’re collecting performance metrics from every layer of the solution, from the underlay circuits to the SD-WAN overlay and integrated security service. Our value-add comes from the insights we can derive for our clients from this huge data set. I’m looking forward to accelerating the pace of work we’re performing in this area and using automation and machine learning as the foundation for our Smart Services approach”.

Coevolve’s Smart Services methodology represents a major area of development and focus for the business. It includes adopting increased levels of automation, machine learning, and AI in Coevolve’s core systems to provide more relevant insights into the performance of global networks, and delivering new levels of value to its clients.

Coevolve has a strong track record of promoting experienced team members to new roles within the business, and this was a key factor in selecting Rodney for this new area of focus and growth. Tim Sullivan added: “Rodney has led the growth of our global services capabilities for the last six years, and we’re delighted to give him the opportunity to develop additional skills and experience as we take the business to the next level”.

Coevolve continues to add SD-WAN, SASE, and multi-cloud networking specialists to its global team, across a range of functions including technical consulting, business development, and operations. In September 2020 it reached another significant milestone in its global deployments, with services deployed in more than 75 countries.
