To enhance managed services
Smart Services capabilities add new functionality to monitoring, reporting and data access for Coevolve’s global clients.
Coevolve is proud to announce the first release of its Smart Services portfolio, which represents a significant step forward for managed network services. Coevolve has been providing co-managed SD-WAN solutions since 2015, and co-managed SASE since 2020. We have continuously looked for ways to add further value to our services and address our clients’ unique business challenges.
With Smart Services, we add several new monitoring and management capabilities. Using a comprehensive set of data on the health, performance and utilization of our client networks, we can identify anomalies and proactively raise incident tickets to address these issues, often before our clients detect them.
We are also adding new reporting capabilities for our clients. We can correlate data across an entire network, as well as throughout multiple layers of the solution stack – this could include underlay, overlay, security services, and cloud environments. This allows our clients to easily see the end to end performance or capacity of their entire solution.
Finally, we are very focused on allowing our clients to consume the data related to their networks in the most appropriate way. We are adding new dashboard and web portal functionality. Our existing scheduled reports will be enhanced with new functionality. We are launching a Coevolve-powered API that will allow our clients to access the raw data on their networks. Finally, we are developing connectors into industry-leading analysis tools like PowerBI and Tableau for more advanced charting and reporting.
We will be rolling out these Smart Services in the coming months, and have developed a comprehensive roadmap for new features and functionality over time. We look forward to sharing more details of these capabilities in the near future.
