Tim Sullivan

Tim has 25 years’ experience in global network services and has worked in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia & ANZ.

Tim co-founded Coevolve in 2014 to help enterprise adopt next-generation network technologies and access new levels of agility and end user experience. Coevolve were one of the earliest adopters of SD-WAN and have pioneered a modular, co-managed service delivering step-change commercial gains for clients at each stage of the network life cycle. Coevolve have now delivered SD-WAN services and related technologies in over 60 counties on six continents.

Tim enjoys leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving plans across go to market, client engagement, solution development, delivery and ongoing optimization of long-term managed service relationships with global enterprises. Tim is passionate about helping companies pursue international growth.

Ciaran Roche

Ciaran is a technology industry professional with over 22 years of experience in senior consulting and business development roles in the international networking / service provider industry, developing customized solutions for large global enterprises.

His primary background is in the design, execution and implementation of complex outsourced infrastructure and managed services agreements. Prior to co-founding Coevolve, Ciaran held a senior position with Pace Harmon, a US-based IT strategy advisory and consulting firm focused on Fortune 500 MNCs. Prior to this, worked in Europe and the US with global service provider Reliance Globalcom (now Global Cloud Xchange) and virtual network operator Vanco, where he was responsible for global solutions and design standards.

Ciaran boasts extensive international experience negotiating contracts in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia Pacific, worth over US$ 700 million in total. These contracts were with highly global enterprises involving managed network services, hosted mail and collaboration tools, specialized SLAs, cloud-based infrastructure and telepresence.

Ciaran has worked collaboratively with major enterprise CIOs and CFOs to deliver effective, high quality solutions across a range of MNC industries including: Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Architecture / Construction / Engineering, Retail, Mining, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals.

Ciaran is based in Chicago, USA.

Coleen Carter

Coleen Carter is the inaugural Chief Financial Officer for Coevolve. Coleen is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with a breadth of global corporate accounting and finance experience.

Having been a part of Coevolve since inception Coleen is responsible for all aspects of finance and risk management and is a member of the Board of Coevolve at Group level. Coleen also performs the Company Secretary role for all Group entities.

Coleen’s vast experience prior to Coevolve spans both scale-ups and large enterprise. She commenced her career working in audit at Deloitte in Perth, then Sydney and Jakarta. She worked for a number of years with Lendlease in London UK, her last role there as Finance Director of the joint venture undertaking the redevelopment of the Millennium Dome precinct.

Nick Hadjipourou

Nick is the Managing Director for Asia Pacific, leading the sales, marketing, and technical teams to help Coevolve grow and support our globally distributed clients. With over 14 years of experience working with companies across Asia Pacific in various industry sectors, Nick brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to the Coevolve business. 

Since joining in early 2024, Nick has been working closely with Coevolve vendor partners and clients to understand the true value of adopting next generation technologies and their associated operating models. 

Prior to joining Coevolve, Nick was part of the APAC founding team for HubSpot, helping to scale the business from a team of 7 to over 600 over his 9 years there. Immediately before joining Coevolve, Nick was running his own consulting businesses, helping global organisations with their business strategy to help scale their sales and marketing results across APAC.  

Nick’s holistic understanding of the various departments across a business and focus on cross department collaboration, continues to help both Coevolve and our multi-national organizations through the technical, commercial, and operational challenges that come with technology change.

James Halberstadt

James’ career includes over 20 years of experience working directly with multi-national enterprises to design, sell and deliver customized wide area network, managed security and cloud hosting solutions.

Prior to joining Coevolve, James has been a senior leader within Telecoms.  James was VP of Solutions at Interoute for 6 years before going on to hold the position of Managing Director of CITIC Telecom CPC in Europe, supporting the integration of LINX telecom with CITIC Telecom CPC in Asia.  Immediately before joining Coevolve, James led the consultancy practice within Colt’s Strategy & Transformation organization.

James’ strong commercial acumen coupled with pre-sales experience earlier in his career, continues to help guide multi-national organisations through the technical, commercial and operational changes that come with technology change.

James is based in London, UK

Luke Nealon

Luke Nealon is the accomplished Director of Digital Operations at Coevolve. Based in Sydney, Luke has been with Coevolve since September 2020, expertly leading global operations, support (Coevolve Response Centre), and development teams to excel in their respective fields.

Before joining Coevolve, Luke spent over a decade honing his skills in various positions within the telecommunications and technology industries. Notably, he was one of the first adopters of SD-WAN and next-generation networking solutions, implementing them on a global scale. His experience encompasses roles in technical support, engineering, solution architecture, and management, showcasing his versatility and ability to adapt to different responsibilities.

Luke is dedicated to constantly seeking process improvements and optimizations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of his work. In addition to his professional achievements, he is passionate about experimenting with AI, machine learning, and staying current with bleeding-edge industry trends. This forward-thinking mindset contributes to his success in designing and implementing Coevolve’s Smart services and next-generation network solutions for markets around the world.

Luke is based in Sydney, Australia

Jordan Jeffery

With over two decades of experience in the IT sector, including over 10 years in senior leadership roles. Jordan stands out as a technology leader and places a high priority on team empowerment while simultaneously remaining results-driven.  

Before Coevolve, Jordan navigated diverse organizational landscapes, from large enterprises to mid-sized organizations, professional services firms, and technology provider organizations. Throughout his career, Jordan has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead large and small teams, successfully deliver complex transformational initiatives, drive operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and foster digital innovation.
