Effective today we are announcing two key promotions to advance our growth and innovation objectives, accelerating the benefits we deliver to our global clients.
Key Developments
Luke Nealon, who joined Coevolve in 2020, has been promoted to the newly created role of Managing Director of Digital Innovation. Having previously led Global Operations, Luke has been pivotal to our global expansion and maintaining the highest standards of delivery and assurance. Moving forward his leadership will now drive our automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled service initiatives, further consolidating Coevolve’s position as a leader in this space. Luke will continue to engage with clients on our new services development as this capability is taken to the next level.
Simultaneously Jordan Jeffery has been promoted to Director – Global Operations & CX. Having delivered several projects over the last six months, Jordan has played an instrumental role in significantly advancing our Client Experience function, and accelerating our product development in Multi-Cloud Network Management, Azure Virtual WAN, and integrated security services. With his new role, Jordan will continue to enhance our Client Experience function and lead the parallel function of Operations. Jordan was formerly a COO at an MSP, in addition to holding senior technology roles in large enterprises and professional services firms. He brings fabulous experience and a global mindset.
